我们在研究管理学属性的时候,常常重点研究管理学的社会属性和自然属性。管理的自然属性,是指管理与生产相联系的一面,指管理参与生产并产生效益的属性;管理的社会属性,是指管理与制度相联系的一面,指管理最终要形成各种制度,进而对生产进行干预、提高效率的属性。但是,在现实的生产过程中,管理只有在生产与制度相结合的情况下才能真正发挥作用,管理不可能依其自然属性或社会属性而单独存在,这就必然产生一个生产与制度的和谐问题,这种和谐性就是管理学的另一个重要属性:管理的和谐属性。
