坚持党内民主是党内政治生活中的首要的和根本性的问题,事关党的活力、凝聚力和创新力,事关党和人民事业的兴衰成败。确保企业内部党员的民主权利是国有企业和谐稳定的基石,国有企业要以改革创新精神推进党内基层民主建设,这既是夯实党的执政基础的必然要求,又是充分发挥党员主体作用,进一步增强企业基层党组织活力的必然要求。本文结合当前新形势下企业党内基层民主建设存在问题及对策进行了初探,同时对党内基层民主建设怎样推进等浅谈一些思考。
To uphold democracy within the party is the most important and fundamental issue in the political life within the party.
