针对多种电网空间数据采集模式进行了研究。在国网北京市电力公司营配贯通数据采录过程中,分别对图样标绘、专业仪器采集和智能终端标绘三种采集模式进行实践并对比分析,提出一种优化的数据采集模式,即“平板计算机+PDA采集”相结合的模式。对平板采集流程和PDA采集流程进行了深入阐述和分析,提出智能终端采录的优点,并明确了进一步优化的探索方向。采用此种创新模式,数据采集效率得到极大提高,人力资源成本显著节约,具有良好的经济效益和社会效益。
Aimed at a variety of power grid spatial data acquisition mode has been studied. During the data acquisition and distribution process of State Grid Beijing Electric Power Company, the author collected three data acquisition patterns, namely pattern drawing, professional equipment collection and intelligent terminal drawing, respectively, and put forward an optimized data collection mode, that is “Tablet PC + PDA acquisition ” a combination of mode. The plate collection process and PDA acquisition process were described and analyzed in depth, put forward the advantages of intelligent terminal recording, and clear further exploration of the direction of optimization. Using this innovative model, data collection efficiency has been greatly improved, significant savings in human resources costs, with good economic and social benefits.
