目的 :了解不同年龄人群的立体视觉现状与规律 ,为开展立体视觉检查与评价提供参考 ;提出一种新的立体视觉检查工具与方法。方法 :选用全息立体视觉检查仪 ,用相同方法 ,对四组不同年龄人群进行立体视觉的检查和分析。结果 :共检查 10 39人 ,立体视锐度总正常率为 82 .6 %。其中 ,学龄前儿童组立体视觉正常率是 86 .9% ;学生组最高为 98.0 % ;青壮年组次之为 94.7% ;老年组的立体视觉正常率明显降低为 35 .4% ,立体视盲的比例明显增加。结论 :年龄与立体视觉之间明显相关 (P <0 .0 0 1) ;各年龄组立体视觉正常率与近视力关系密切 ;全息立体视觉检查仪可作为一种新的、可靠的检查工具在临床上推广使用。
OBJECTIVE: To understand the status quo and laws of stereoscopic vision of people of different ages and to provide references for stereoscopic vision examination and evaluation; and to propose a new stereoscopic vision examination tools and methods. Methods: Using holographic stereoscopic visual inspection apparatus, using the same method, four groups of people of different ages stereoscopic examination and analysis. Results: A total of 10 39 people were examined, the total normal stereoscopic vision was 82.6%. Among them, the stereoscopic visual acuity rate was 86.9% in preschool children group, 98.0% in student group, 94.7% in young adults group, and 35.4% in stereoscopic vision group The proportion increased significantly. Conclusion: There was a significant correlation between age and stereopsis (P <0.01). Stereological visual acuity was closely related to near vision in all age groups. Holographic stereo vision examination instrument could be used as a new and reliable tool Clinical use.
