选冶联合工艺处理云南某氧化铅银矿

云南某氧化铅银矿原矿矿石含Pb 0.72%、Ag 227.17 g/t.经矿石性质分析可知,矿石中的铅主要以白铅矿形态赋存,银主要以自然银形态赋存,自然银整体嵌布粒度微细,部分自然银呈包裹态赋存于方解石中,不利于浮选回收.结合工艺矿物学分析及银浮选探索试验的结果,确定了浮选回收白铅矿-浮选尾矿氰化浸出回收自然银的选冶联合工艺.该工艺不仅可产出铅精矿,还大幅降低了处理成本,提高了银资源的综合利用率.推荐工艺产出铅精矿及银浸出液,其中铅精矿中铅回收率为63.01%,银回收率为21.64%;银浸出液中银回收率为62.78%,银总回收率为84.42%.
