50％棉虫灵乳油(试验代号812)系40％辛硫磷与10％甲拌磷混配而成的复合农药新品种。我厂从1981年开始,对其生物活性及杀虫、杀卵作用进行研究,现总结如下。一、棉虫灵对棉铃虫幼虫杀虫活性测定我厂与中国农科院棉花研究所协作,在该所内用离体叶片饲虫法,对1龄棉铃虫幼虫进行相对毒力测定。在院内盆栽苗上喷药,24小时后采叶饲虫。饲后24小时调查死亡率。试验重复三次,结果见表1。表1结果表明:采用较辛硫磷、甲拌磷低一倍剂量的棉虫灵处理,其效果仍高于两母剂
50% cotton worm Ling EC (test code 812) is a new compound pesticide which is composed of 40% phoxim and 10% phorate. Our factory from 1981, its biological activity and insecticidal, ovicidal effect of research, are summarized as follows.
