目的了解可溶性白细胞介素－６受体（ｓＩＬ－６Ｒ）在急性白血病中的作用和意义。方法以夹心ＥＬＩＳＡ法检测了３０例急性白血病患者和３０例正常对照血清ｓＩＬ－６Ｒ水平。结果急性白血病组血清ｓＩＬ－６Ｒ水平（２７１．７４±１３２．５９）／Ｌ，显著高于正常对照组（１８５．５５±５３．００）／Ｌ（Ｐ＜０．０１），结论ｓＩＬ－６Ｒ可能参与了急性白血病的发病过程。
Objective To understand the role and significance of soluble interleukin-6 receptor (sIL-6R) in acute leukemia. Methods Serum sIL-6R levels were measured in 30 patients with acute leukemia and 30 normal controls by sandwich ELISA. Results Serum sIL-6R levels in the acute leukemia group (271.74±132.59)/L were significantly higher than those in the normal control group (185.55±53.00)/L (P<0.01). Conclusions sIL-6R May participate in the pathogenesis of acute leukemia.
