随着我国教育改革的不断发展,近些年,我国中等职业教育实现了突飞猛进的发展,中职学生群体在我国学生数量中所占比例也不断地扩大。因此,中职院校班主任作为班级日常事务以及学生学习的主要管理人员,工作强度与难度也随着工作重要性的提高,也将进一步提高。本文则根据中职院校学生的群体特征出发,结合日常的教学与管理实践,对中职班主任工作中学生养成教育方法进行初步的探讨,发现工作中的难点,并提出解决措施。
With the continuous development of education reform in our country, secondary vocational education in our country has achieved rapid development in recent years. The proportion of secondary vocational students in our country has also been continuously expanded. Therefore, the class teacher in secondary vocational colleges as a class day-to-day affairs and student management of key managers, work intensity and difficulty with the importance of work also will be further improved. Based on the characteristics of the students in secondary vocational schools, this paper, based on the daily teaching and management practice, explores the ways of developing middle school students’ work-training methods and finds the difficulties in the work and puts forward the solutions.
