本文对喜树碱的硝化工艺进行研究 ,采用发烟硝酸 ,冰浴中反应 2 h,40℃~ 50℃反应 1 d,优化了分离条件 ,采用氯仿和氯仿 (含 1 %甲醇 )梯度洗脱 ,使 9-硝基喜树碱收率由 31 %提高到 40 %。
In this paper, the nitration of camptothecin was studied using fuming nitric acid for 2 h in ice bath and 40 ℃ ~ 50 ℃ for 1 d. The separation conditions were optimized and the gradient was eluted with chloroform and chloroform (containing 1% methanol) , The 9-nitrocamptothecin yield increased from 31% to 40%.
