通过研发基于医疗机构的严重临床异常病例/事件监测技术,研究建立基于危险因素疾病预测预警技术和方法,通过结构化电子病历对严重临床异常病例/事件监测病例进行数据处理、传输和交换,实现数据共享。
Through the research and development of serious clinical abnormal case / event monitoring technology based on medical institutions, we have studied the establishment of technology and methods of disease prediction and early warning based on risk factors, data processing, transmission and exchange of the cases of serious clinical abnormal cases / events through structured electronic medical records data sharing.
