目的:探讨被动吸烟对大鼠后代学习记忆功能的影响及其机制。方法:采用反映学习记忆功能的水迷宫法测试大鼠神经行为的改变,RIA法测定大鼠海马内生长抑素的含量变化。结果:胚胎期被动吸烟使大鼠学习记忆能力下降,海马内生长抑素含量明显降低。结论:胚胎期被动吸烟降低大鼠学习记忆功能与海马内源性生长抑素代谢的调节有关。
Objective: To investigate the effect of passive smoking on learning and memory in rats and its mechanism. Methods: The changes of neurobehavioral changes were measured by water maze test, which reflect the function of learning and memory. The contents of somatostatin in hippocampus were determined by RIA method. Results: Passive smoking during embryo decreased the ability of learning and memory in rats and the content of somatostatin in hippocampus significantly decreased. Conclusion: Passive smoking reduces the learning and memory function in the hippocampus and regulates the metabolism of endogenous somatostatin in the hippocampus.
