刀具管理系统是实现ＦＭＳ中刀具动态调度管理的有效手段。该文详细分析ＦＭＳ刀具管理系统的主要功能；论述刀具管理系统的硬件组成，提出具有开放性的、以刀具管理支持系统为核心的体系结构及其软件平台结构；对刀具管理支持系统及系统运行控制、刀具离线管理、刀具在线管理、系统状态监控、系统信息管理、用户功能扩充等应用模块进行具体分解。最后简述刀具管理系统的实际应用。
Tool Management System is an effective tool to realize the dynamic scheduling management of tools in FMS. This paper analyzes the main functions of the FMS tool management system in detail; discusses the hardware composition of the tool management system, proposes an open architecture that takes the tool management support system as the core and the software platform structure; and analyzes the tool management support system and system operation Control, tool off-line management, tool online management, system status monitoring, system information management, user function expansion and other application modules for specific decomposition.
