一个企业办得好坏,关键在于领导班子,核心是厂长经理。在大体相同的宏观条件下,企业是盈是亏,厂长经理素质的高低,具有决定性作用。没有一大批懂经营、会管理、善决策、敢竞争的高素质的厂长经理,工业经济的发展是没有希望的。因此,努力提高厂长经理的素质已势在必行。(一)提高素质是厂长经理地位演变的现实要求纵观我国工业经济的发展,厂长经理的地位有一个演变过程。这个过程大致经历了三个阶段,即执行者——指挥者——经营者。与此相适应,对厂长经理的素质也有不同的要求。——执行者的地位要求厂长经理的素质主要是“政治型”的,这是高度集中的计划经济
