职业教育是以传授某种职业所需知识、技能、素养为主要内容的,以培养职业人为目的的教育。“素养”包含道德品质,属于德育范畴。“饮食与道德”教育是高职院校烹饪专业德育的细化。强化高职院校烹饪专业学生的“饮食与道德”教育是国家的需要、社会的需要、院校教育的需要,也是学生的需要。
Vocational education is based on the knowledge required to teach a job, skills, literacy as the main content, to train professionals for the purpose of education. “Literacy ” contains moral quality, which belongs to the category of moral education. Education of diet and morality is the refinement of moral education in higher vocational colleges. It is the needs of the country, the needs of the society, the needs of the education of colleges and universities and the needs of the students to strengthen the “food and morality” education of culinary majors in higher vocational colleges.
