我们采用放射免疫测定法对169例肝炎患者在治疗前和治疗过程中进行了血清甲胎蛋白(AFP)含量测定,并同时测定了谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和黄疸指数(Ⅱ),旨在观察三者的变化与病毒性肝炎预后的关系。现报道如下。
