凝血酶与肺部恶性肿瘤

大量研究表明,肺部恶性肿瘤激活凝血系统以利于自身的扩展和转移。其分子机制在于激活的凝血蛋白(如凝血酶)能诱导肿瘤细胞产生分子效应。凝血酶等凝血蛋白对肿瘤细胞表达的细胞膜受体活化是分子效应的基础。这些认识不仅有助于人们对肿瘤血管生成和转移等生物学过程的理解,也对肿瘤治疗提供理论依据。 Numerous studies have shown that pulmonary malignancies activate the coagulation system to facilitate its expansion and metastasis. The molecular mechanism is activated coagulation proteins (such as thrombin) can induce tumor cells produce molecular effects. Activation of plasma membrane receptors expressed by tumor cells, such as thrombin, is the basis of molecular effects. These not only help people understand the biological processes such as tumor angiogenesis and metastasis, but also provide a theoretical basis for the treatment of cancer.
