我国当前新形势下社会转型时期的公共危机与日俱增,严重威胁了公众的正常生活和社会的长治久安。而在危机的有效处理与化解中,作为政府核心的行政领导者起着关键的作用。本文分析了提升行政领导者危机处理能力的必要性,并阐述了在我国危机处理实践中,存在的诸如行政领导者“失语”、“话语平庸”、危机意识淡薄、抗压能力不强、推脱责任等一系列危机处理能力薄弱的问题,旨在从理论与实践的角度探寻提升行政领导者危机处理能力的有效路径。
Under the current new situation in our country, the public crisis in the period of social transformation is increasing day by day, which has seriously threatened the normal life of the public and the long-term peace and stability in society. In the effective handling and resolution of crises, the executive leadership as the core of the government plays a key role. This article analyzes the necessity of improving the crisis management ability of the executive leaders and expounds that in the practice of crisis management in our country, such as the executive leader “aphasia ”, “discourse mediocre ”, the crisis awareness is weak, Not strong, shirk responsibility and a series of crisis management weaknesses, aimed at theoretical and practical perspective to explore the effective ways to enhance the administrative leadership crisis management capabilities.
