目的通过测定职业接触者血铅和尿铅的含量,评价血铅和尿铅在职业病诊断方面的实用性和可靠性。方法用石墨炉原子吸收法对职业接触者的血铅、尿铅及铅标准物质进行检测,对检验结果进行统计分析。结果职业接触者血铅和尿铅的检测结果具有较高的符合度。结论血铅与空气铅浓度密切相关,但血铅采样不方便,尤其不为儿童接受,同时因易受污染和测定因素的影响。尿铅的测定准确可靠,而且结果与临床症状也相关,是观察驱铅效果的良好指标。
Objective To evaluate the practicability and reliability of blood lead and urinary lead in the diagnosis of occupational diseases by measuring the contents of blood lead and urine lead in occupational contacts. Methods Graphite furnace atomic absorption method was used to detect the blood lead, urine lead and lead standard substances of occupational contacts, and the statistical analysis of the test results. Results The test results of blood lead and urine lead of occupational contacts have a high degree of coincidence. Conclusions Blood lead is closely related to air lead concentration, but blood lead sampling is inconvenient, especially not acceptable for children, and is susceptible to contamination and determinants. The determination of urinary lead is accurate and reliable, and the results are also correlated with clinical symptoms, which is a good indicator to observe the effect of removing lead.
