采用精粉钒渣与碳酸钠混合造球焙烧的方法,在焙烧过程中不仅避免了钒渣焙烧过程中物料的粘结现象,而且无提钒残渣加入,可大幅度提高焙烧炉的效率,提高生产效率,减小能耗,减少粉尘对现场环境的污染。其最佳工艺参数为:钒渣钠化球团的最佳粒径为5 mm,碳酸钠与精粉钒渣最佳比例为26%,最佳焙烧温度为800℃,最佳焙烧时间为60 min,熟料中钒的转浸率达到94%以上。通过模拟工业多膛炉温度程序焙烧钒渣钠化球团熟料,按照液体中钒收率计算,转浸率达到95%;按照残渣中钒收率计算,转浸率达到92%,均高于传统提钒工艺的钒转浸率。
