理论及实验研究了金属橡胶材料吸声性能参数。由金属橡胶材料声学特性参数理论计算式,推导出金属橡胶材料吸声性能参数——声阻抗率和吸声系数的理论计算公式。实验研究了金属橡胶材料结构常数和压缩模量,并建立了结构常数、压缩模量与材料结构参数的关系式,结果表明:相同平均孔隙直径金属橡胶材料具有相同的结构常数值;在一般频率范围内,相同结构参数金属橡胶材料压缩模量近似为常量。通过金属橡胶材料吸声系数的实验测量和理论计算,理论结果与实验结果符合较好,验证了理论和实验研究方法的正确性。
Theoretical and experimental study of metal rubber material acoustic performance parameters. Based on the theoretical calculation formula of the acoustic properties of metallic rubber materials, the acoustic absorption performance parameters of metal rubber materials - the theoretical calculation formula of acoustic impedance and sound absorption coefficient are deduced. The structural constants and compressive moduli of metallic rubber materials were experimentally studied. The relationship between structural constants, compressive modulus and material structure parameters was established. The results show that the same average pore diameter metal rubber materials have the same structural constants; Within the scope of the same structural parameters of metal rubber material compression modulus is approximately constant. Through the experimental measurement and theoretical calculation of the sound absorption coefficient of the metal rubber material, the theoretical results are in good agreement with the experimental results, which verify the correctness of the theoretical and experimental research methods.
