中职生大多是中考落榜学生,这些学生基础较差,对于知识接受较慢,缺乏主动思考解决问题的能力。此外,传统教学模式是文化基础、专业理论和专业实训相互独立,并且是文化基础课、专业理论在前,在后专业实习。在实训中,也是教师讲授、演示结束后,学生模仿教师的方法去进行练习。这样的教学模式对职业学生就造成了厌学现象,使学生产生对学习的抵触情绪,抑制了学习的兴趣,造成了学生学习困难重重,不利于学生的全面发展。
Secondary vocational students are mostly students in the exams, these students based on poor, slow acceptance of knowledge, the lack of active thinking ability to solve problems. In addition, the traditional teaching model is based on culture, professional theory and professional training independent of each other, and is the basic course of culture, professional theory in the former, after the professional internships. In practical training, teachers are also taught. After the demonstration, students imitate the teacher’s method to practice. This kind of teaching mode has caused the phenomenon of weary-study to vocational students, which makes the students produce the resistance to learning and restrain the interest of study, resulting in the students ’learning difficulties and detrimental to the students’ all-round development.
