商务秘书是市场经济条件下兴起的一种社会职业。随着我国经济的发展,尤其是我国加入WTO以后,管理方式、生活方式发生了很大的变化,秘书工作越来越庞杂、新颖、高深。制度化、专业化、现代化成为新世纪秘书职能发展的方向。现代化的办公设施,高素质的员工,科学的管理理念,是现代企业的三大法宝。适应社会发展需要,商务秘书人员在现代企业活动中的管理职能突现。本文就商务秘书的现代管理职能提出自己的见解和看法。
Business secretary is a kind of social career emerging under the condition of market economy. With the development of China’s economy, especially after China’s accession to the WTO, the management methods and lifestyles have undergone great changes. The secretary work has become more complicated, new and profound. Institutionalization, specialization and modernization have become the direction for the development of secretarial functions in the new century. Modern office facilities, high-quality staff, scientific management philosophy, is the modern enterprise’s three magic weapon. To meet the needs of social development, business secretary personnel in the modern enterprise management functions emerge. This article puts forward my own views and opinions on the modern management functions of the secretary of commerce.
