根据护士长的工作特点,采用德尔菲法经8位专家评审,建立了护士长工作质量指标。指标包括护士长工作的主要内容,分定量和定性两大部分。在定性指标计算中运用了模糊数学方法。经150人次对30名护士长的评价应用,比较客观地反映了护士长工作的实际情况。与PM评价方法相比,呈高度正相关,γ=0.717,P<0.001,说明其指标和方法有一定的科学性。其评价方法比传统方法具有提供信息多;可以指导护士长提高工作质量;综合多因素多方面便于横向比较的优点。是一种评价护士长工作质量的科学方法。
According to the job characteristics of the head nurse, Delphi’s method was used by eight experts to assess the quality of head nurses. The indicators include the main content of the head nurse’s work, divided into two parts: quantitative and qualitative. The fuzzy mathematics method was used in the calculation of qualitative indicators. The appraisal of the 30 head nurses by 150 people more objectively reflects the actual situation of the head nurse. Compared with the PM evaluation method, it has a high positive correlation, γ=0.717, P<0.001, indicating that its indicators and methods have a certain degree of scientificity. The evaluation method has more information than the traditional method; it can guide the head nurse to improve the quality of work; and it combines the advantages of multiple factors and facilitates horizontal comparison. It is a scientific method to evaluate the quality of nurses’ work.
