高职院校弱势群体学生逐年增多,学校应高度重视这部分学生的思想政治教育。弱势群体学生主要分为贫困、学业困难、生理缺陷、心理障碍四个类型。针对这部分弱势学生,我们要做好对他们的人文关爱,加强对其心理辅导,多方力量多层次资助育人,积极创造实践锻炼机会。最终能使他们由弱变强,全面做好高职院校弱势学生的思想政治教育工作。
The number of disadvantaged groups in vocational colleges has been increasing year by year. Schools should attach great importance to the ideological and political education of these students. Vulnerable groups of students are divided into poverty, academic difficulties, physical defects, mental disorders four types. For this part of disadvantaged students, we must do a good job of humane care for them, strengthen their psychological counseling, multi-level funding multi-level support for educating people, and actively create opportunities for practical exercise. In the end, they will be able to make themselves weak and strong, so that they will do a good job in ideological and political education for disadvantaged students in higher vocational colleges.
