目的:探讨急性重复前脑缺血与缺血耐受的关系。方法:采用Pulsineli四血管闭塞法略加改良制成大鼠前脑缺血再灌注模型观察脑缺血及再灌注期的ECoG及ECG变化。结果:重复2.5min短暂缺血,随次数的增多,ECG复灌10min时的恢复渐降低,1,2,3次分别为(78.8±16.0)%,(53.2±18.1)%,(32.8±25.6)%,差异显著。多次缺血再灌注组与单次持续缺血再灌注组比较,ECOG的恢复在10,20,30,40min时波幅较低。整个试验过程中,ECG变化较小。结论:急性短暂缺血不能诱导缺血耐受,更可能造成累加性损害。
Objective: To investigate the relationship between acute repetitive forebrain ischemia and ischemic tolerance. Methods: The changes of ECoG and ECG during cerebral ischemia and reperfusion were observed by using the Pulsineli IV occlusion method modified slightly to make an anterior cerebral ischemia-reperfusion model in rats. Results: The transient ischemia was repeated 2.5min, with the increase of the number of times, the recovery gradually decreased after ECG reperfusion for 10min, the values were (78.8 ± 16.0)%, (53.2 ± 18) .1)%, (32.8 ± 25.6)%, the difference was significant. The recovery of ECOG was lower at 10, 20, 30, 40 min than that of the single continuous ischemia-reperfusion group. ECG throughout the experiment changes smaller. CONCLUSION: Acute transient ischemia can not induce ischemic tolerance and is more likely to cause cumulative damage.
