以“冠军”芦笋为试材,研究了80%~85%田间持水量(FC)、65%~70%FC、45%~50%FC 3个不同的灌水下限对沙培芦笋生长发育及品质的影响。结果表明:灌水下限对芦笋的株高、生长指数、根冠比及芦笋根的还原糖含量均有显著影响;45%~50%FC(C3)、65%~70%FC(C2)较80%~85%FC(C1)处理更显著地促进了芦笋前期地上部、地下部的生长;一定范围内,适当的降低灌溉下限,有利于芦笋嫩茎维生素C含量的提高。
