以纳米和微米级碳素铬粉末为主要原料,制备了DL58和DL967型高硬度、高韧性耐磨焊条.采用手工电弧焊探讨焊条的焊接工艺性能.纳米粉焊条焊接时,小熔滴过渡,引弧容易,电弧稳定性好,成型好,无焊接缺陷.对堆焊层的显微组织、硬度分析表明,纳米粉末焊条堆焊层的显微组织比微米粉未焊条堆焊层的显微组织均匀、细小,硬度64~67 HRC,而微米粉未焊条堆焊层的硬度为59~67 HRC.
