有机体的正常代谢过程中不断产生自由基,近年许多研究表明自由基参与许多生理及病理过程,特别是某些产生电子转移、氧化还原的酶促反应过程中,一般都有自由基中间体参与;一些疾病或病理过程与自由基有关,如动脉粥样硬化、心脑血管疾病、炎症、肿瘤、休克、自身免疫性疾病、缺血、再灌流综合征等的发生、发展及治疗中,均有自由基参与。本文简要介绍自由基与休克中几个问题的关系。
