目的研究番荔枝科紫玉盘属紫玉盘Uvaria microcarpa叶的化学成分。方法利用反复硅胶柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20凝胶柱色谱等方法分离纯化,通过核磁共振谱、质谱等光谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果从紫玉盘叶70%乙醇提取物中分离得到12个化合物,其结构分别鉴定为硬脂酸(1)、苯甲酸(2)、阿魏酸(3)、3-甲氧基-4-羟基苯甲酸(4)、咖啡酸(5)、齐墩果酸(6)、熊果酸(7)、延胡索乙素(8)、马兜铃酸内酰胺AII(9)、芦丁(10)、β-谷甾醇(11)、β-胡萝卜苷(12)。结论化合物4~6为首次从紫玉盘属植物中分离得到。
Aim To study the chemical constituents of the leaves of Uvaria microcarpa from the genus Purple Taraxacum of Annona. Methods The compounds were isolated and purified by repeated silica gel column chromatography and Sephadex LH-20 column chromatography. The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR, MS and other spectral data. Results Twelve compounds were isolated from the 70% ethanol extract of Pseudostellariae disciformis and their structures were identified as stearic acid (1), benzoic acid (2), ferulic acid (3), 3-methoxy- (4), caffeic acid (5), oleanolic acid (6), ursolic acid (7), tetrahydropalmatine (8), aristololactam AII (9), rutin 10), β-sitosterol (11), β-daucosterin (12). Conclusion Compounds 4 ~ 6 were isolated from Psidium genus for the first time.
