从微观、中观和宏观三个层面考察,经理人市场化分别是经理人职业化的内在需求、现代企业制度的根本要求和市场经济发展的必然产物;经理人市场化的实质就是通过市场机制实现对经理人这种稀缺资源的自动调节和合理配置,它具有自由化、规范化、法制化和国际化等特征。西方国家相对完备的经理制度对推进我国经理人的市场化具有积极的借鉴意义。
