员工离职率过高,就会影响企业的生存和发展,因此,员工离职问题在企业中受到越来越多的重视。影响员工离职的因素主要有组织因素、工作因素和个人因素。据此有针对性地提出了如下策略:建立公平、和谐的环境;改善工作条件,提高员工待遇;提高员工的素质。以期为充分调动企业员工的积极性、主动性和创造性,促进石油销售企业的核心竞争力提供参考。
Employee turnover rate is too high, it will affect the survival and development of enterprises, therefore, the issue of employee turnover in the business by more and more attention. The main factors that affect employee turnover are organizational factors, work factors and personal factors. Accordingly, the following strategies are put forward in a targeted manner: to establish a fair and harmonious environment; to improve working conditions, improve staff treatment; and to improve staff quality. In order to fully mobilize the enthusiasm of employees, initiatives and creativity, and promote the core competitiveness of oil marketing enterprises to provide a reference.
