辅导员的职业道德是在思想政治教育工作中,通过信念和善恶标准,调节个人与个人、个人与集体之间各种关系的行为规范的总和。我国学者对辅导员的职业道德建设研究主要集中于现状和措施等方面。以目前的研究为基础,梳理国内外学者关于辅导员职业道德建设研究的理论,旨在拓宽研究思路,为“90后”的思想政治教育提供理论基础和实践导向。
The professional morality of counselors is the sum of the codes of conduct that regulate the various relationships between individuals and individuals, individuals and groups through ideological and political education through the standards of faith and goodness and evil. The research on the construction of counselors’ professional ethics in our country mainly focuses on the status quo and measures. Based on the current research, this paper combs the theories of domestic and foreign scholars on the research of counselors’ professional ethics construction, which aims to broaden the research ideas and provide the theoretical basis and practical guidance for the ideological and political education after “90s”.
