该研究以大鼠异位心脏移植为模型,参考临床上联合用药的模式,对虫草菌丝口服液的免疫抑制作用进行了研究探讨。实验结果证实,单纯虫草菌丝口服液组、虫草菌丝口服液+新山地明组、硫唑嘌呤+新山地明组,移植物存活时间分别为9.1±4.0、15.6±13.1、16.8±14.3;均明显长于对照组(P<0.01),但3组间结果无统计学差异(P>0.05);研究结果说明,无论是单独使用或联合用虫草菌丝口服液均具有免疫抑制作用,虫草菌丝口服液或硫唑嘌呤与新山地明联合应用,其免疫抑制效果相似。
In this study, the rat model of heterotopic heart transplantation was used to study the immunosuppressive effects of Cordyceps mycelium oral liquid on the basis of the clinical model of combined use of drugs. The experimental results confirmed that the survival time of the grafts was 9.1±4.0, 15.6±13.1, 16.8±14.3, respectively in the pure Cordyceps mycelium oral solution group, Cordyceps mycelium oral solution+Xinshan Diming group, and Azathioprine+Xinshan Diming group. All of them were significantly longer than the control group (P<0.01), but there was no statistical difference between the three groups (P>0.05). The results showed that the use of Cordyceps mycelia oral solution alone or in combination has immunosuppressive effects. Silk oral solution or azathioprine combined with neo-androzan, the immunosuppressive effects are similar.
