目的研究丹龙胶囊活血化瘀作用。方法利用肾上腺素加冷刺激造成大鼠急性血瘀模型,观察丹龙胶囊对大鼠血液流变学的影响;利用肾上腺素造成小鼠肠系膜循环障碍,观察丹龙胶囊对小鼠肠系膜微循环的影响。结果丹龙胶囊能降低急性血瘀模型大鼠全血黏度和红细胞聚集指数,缩短红细胞电泳时间;增大肠系膜循环障碍小鼠的肠系膜毛细血管平均管径和流态评分,加快血流速度。结论丹龙胶囊具有活血化瘀作用。
Objective To study the effect of Danlong capsule on promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis. Methods The model of acute blood stasis was induced by adrenaline plus cold stimulation. The effect of Danlong Capsule on hemorrheology in rats was observed. Epinephrine was used to induce mesenteric circulatory disturbance in mice. The effects of Danlong capsule on mesenteric microcirculation influences. Results Danlong Capsule can reduce whole blood viscosity and erythrocyte aggregation index, shorten the time of erythrocyte electrophoresis in acute blood stasis model rats, increase mean mesenteric capillary diameter and flow score of mesenteric circulatory disorders mice, and accelerate blood flow velocity. Conclusion Danlong capsule has the effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis.
