党的十一届三中全会以来,我国企业改革为国民经济注入了强大的活力。毫无疑问,十年企业改革已取得了明显成效。问题是,如何在治理经济环境、整顿经济秩序中继续深化企业改革?笔者认为,全国企业十年改革给我们的启迪是:要深化企业改革,必须从企业内部和企业外部两条路子同时深化。 Since the Third Plenary Session of the Eleventh Central Committee of the Communist Party of China, China’s enterprise reforms have injected a strong vitality into the national economy.
