目的研究鲍曼不动杆菌所携带的Ⅰ型整合子与耐消毒剂基因。方法琼脂扩散法检测菌株对7种抗菌药物的药敏结果;用聚合酶链反应(PCR)方法检测Int-1、qacA/B、qacEΔ1-sul1、qacG、smr、Isabal和tnp513共7种与消毒剂耐受相关基因。结果 24株菌对亚胺培南、哌拉西林/他唑巴坦、头孢他啶、四环素、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、甲氧苄啶/磺胺甲噁唑、阿米卡星等抗生素敏感率分别为12.5%、4.2%、4.2%、0、12.5%、8.3%和8.3%;PCR结果显示,在24株菌中,qacEΔ1-sul1、Isabal和Int-1基因阳性率分别为79.2%、83.3%和33.3%。qacA/B、qacG、tnp513和smr4种基因检测结果为阴性。结论本组鲍曼不动杆菌对广谱抗生素耐药严重,并携带了Ⅰ型整合子和消毒剂耐药基因。应规范此类抗生素的使用并采取相应的消毒措施防止多重耐药菌株在院内传播。
Objective To study the type Ⅰ integron and antiseptic agent carried by Acinetobacter baumannii. The agar diffusion method was used to detect the susceptibility of the strains to seven antimicrobial agents.
