和谐教育实现促进人全面和谐发展的目标,其一个重要途径体现在学校教育实践。我们通过初中语文教学中实施自主、合作、探究学习方式的改革和实践,发现将自主合作、探究学习方式引入教与学中,有利于激发学生主动性,对学生掌握基础知识和基本技能有好的效果;有助于良好学习习惯的养成;促进了学生非智力因素的发展,提升学生的综合素质;促进教师专业成长提升全面发展能力等。
An important way for harmonious education to realize the goal of promoting people’s all-round and harmonious development is reflected in school education practice. Through the reform and practice of implementing independent, cooperative, and inquiry learning methods in junior middle school Chinese teaching, we discovered that the introduction of independent cooperation and inquiry learning methods into teaching and learning is conducive to stimulating students’ initiative, and it is good for students to master basic knowledge and basic skills. The effect is conducive to the development of good learning habits; promote the development of non-intellectual factors of students, improve the overall quality of students; promote professional development of teachers to enhance overall development capabilities.
