根据中医理论,冠心病的基本病机是气虚血淤,因此,益气活血是冠心病的主要治则之一。活血对冠心病的作用在国内已进行了许多研究,但益气对冠心病的作用则研究甚少。本文目的在于观察参芪注射液对血小板聚集和PGI_2样物质活性的作用。 材料 1.参芪注射液由东直门医院生产,每ml含党参、黄芪各0.5克。 2.丹参注射液由上海第一制药厂生产,每ml含丹参1.5g。
According to the theory of traditional Chinese medicine, the basic pathogenesis of coronary heart disease is qi deficiency and blood stasis. Therefore, qi and blood circulation is one of the main principles of coronary heart disease. The effect of blood circulation on coronary heart disease has been studied in China, but the effect of Qi on coronary heart disease is rarely studied. The purpose of this article is to observe the effect of Shenqi injection on platelet aggregation and PGI 2 -like substance activity. Materials 1. Shenqi Injection is produced by Dongzhimen Hospital. Each ml contains 0.5 g of Codonopsis pilosula and Radix Astragali. 2. Danshen injection is produced by the Shanghai No. 1 Pharmaceutical Factory and contains 1.5g of Salvia miltiorrhiza per ml.
