班主任是学生在学校中的最主要导师,其不仅肩负着规范学生思想与行为的责任,而且还要关注学生在学习与生活中的真实状态。基于此,针对初中班主任在工作中的沟通技巧应用一题展开了较为深入的研究,同时结合笔者自身经验提出了几点可行性较高的改进措施,以期能够带来一些有价值的参考意见。 Class teacher is the most important mentor of students in school, which not only shoulders the responsibility of regulating students ’thoughts and behaviors, but also pays attention to the students’ true state in study and life. Based on this, a more in-depth study has been carried out on the application of the communication skills of junior middle school teachers in their work. At the same time, some feasible measures for improvement have been put forward in light of the author’s own experience so as to bring some valuable reference opinions.
