有些病理学家认为,缺血心肌细胞内变性线粒体基质中的深色绒球样结构是钙沉积的结果。但不少人持不同意见。我们应用电镜观察缺血骨骼肌细胞的超微结构同时测定钙元素的分布,以阐明钙在变性坏死细胞内沉积的部位。材料和方法:游离兔背阔肌和阻断胸背动脉造成局部缺血。实验分两组:暂时性缺血,在阻断血供3、4或6小时后,恢复血供48小时;持续性在体缺血,阻断血供48小时,且不恢复血供,背阔肌样品取出后用戊二醛和锇酸双固定,环氧树脂618包埋,H—500型电镜观察和PHILIPS EM400分析电镜作X射线能谱分析。
Some pathologists believe that dark pompon-like structures in the denatured mitochondrial matrix in ischemic cardiomyocytes are the result of calcium deposition.
