本文介绍17种成份的钒合金材料在高温钠热对流腐蚀装置中进行的腐蚀试验所取得的初步试验结果。分别在700℃,650℃和550℃温度条件下对这些钒合金试样的腐蚀重量变化、表面的显微硬度变化和金相结构作了比较。通过试验筛选出耐蚀性能较好的两种钒合金成份是V 15Cr 5 Ti 1 Fe 1 Al和V 8 Ti 5 Cr 5 Mo 2 Fe 1 Al。文中对钒合金的成份、金相结构、显微硬度变化与耐蚀性能之间的关系作了一些分析和讨论。
This article presents the preliminary results of a corrosion test of a 17-component vanadium alloy material in a high-temperature sodium convection thermal convection unit. The changes of corrosion weight, surface microhardness and microstructure of vanadium alloy specimens were compared under 700 ℃, 650 ℃ and 550 ℃ respectively. The two vanadium alloy components with better corrosion resistance were selected through experiments to be V 15Cr 5 Ti 1 Fe 1 Al and V 8 Ti 5 Cr 5 Mo 2 Fe 1 Al. In this paper, the composition, microstructure, microhardness and corrosion resistance of vanadium alloy are analyzed and discussed.
