目的:总结经尿道等离子双极电切术治疗前列腺增生(BPH)300例的安全性与有效性。方法:采用等离子双极电切治疗前列腺增生(PKRP)37例。结果:手术时间20~110min,平均70min,切除前列腺组织平均40.1g,术后,继发尿道狭窄2例。无永久性尿失禁及电切综合征发生。结论:经尿道前列腺等离子双极电切术是治疗BPH有效、安全而又理想的方法。
Objective: To summarize the safety and efficacy of transurethral plasma bipolar resection in the treatment of 300 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH). Methods: Thirty-seven cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia (PKRP) were treated with bipolar plasmapheresis. Results: The operation time was 20 ~ 110min with an average of 70min. The average removal of prostate tissue was 40.1g. Two cases of secondary urethral stricture occurred after operation. No permanent urinary incontinence and cut-off syndrome. Conclusions: Transurethral plasmapapillary prostatectomy is an effective, safe and ideal method for the treatment of BPH.
