经间接免疫荧光法检查证实能与EHF病人恢复期血清起特异反应的黑线姬鼠肺标本,直接经脑内接种2~5日龄乳小鼠,结果分离到一株能在乳鼠体内增殖传代的EHF相关因子(HA_(1018)株)。经EHF单克隆抗体检查及排除呼肠孤病毒存在的可能性,证明HA_(1018)株是流行性出血热病毒。应用乳小白鼠直接从疫区黑线姬鼠分离EHF病毒是一个经济简便的途径,受染的小白鼠可作为模型动物。

The EHF monoclonal antibody examination and exclude the possibility of reovirus, proof HA_ (1018) strain is epidemic hemorrhagic fever virus. It is an economical and convenient way to isolate EHF virus directly from the Apodemus agrarius in the infected area by using the milk mouse. The infected mice can be used as model animals.
