2005年9月份,本刊记者接到一封从新疆乌鲁木齐市寄来的署名为唐其春的举报材料,举报材料中列举了新疆乌鲁木齐市新安消防工程有限公司的四大罪状,看起来令人怵目惊心。这四大罪状中,其中一条就是该公司的消防施工二级资质证书是采取非法手段骗取来的,该公司根本就不具备消防工程施工的资格。然而,就是这样一家公司,近10年来,采取种种违规手段,取得了50多个消防工程施工,使用假冒伪劣产品、盗用其它厂家的产品商标,偷逃税款,不顾国家财产的安全和人民群众生命财产的安全,采取非法手段,赚取了几千万元。请看本刊独家报道。
In September 2005, our correspondent received a report from Tangjiang, a signage sent from Urumqi, Xinjiang. The report listed the four counts of Xin’an Fireworks Engineering Co., Ltd. in Urumqi, Xinjiang. It looks appalling. One of the four counts is that the company’s fire-fighting construction qualification certificate is fraudulently taken by illegal means. The company simply does not qualify for fire-fighting construction.
