3月17日,福建省法学会常务理事扩大会议在福州召开,与会代表50余人。省委常委、省委政法委书记黄松禄,省人大常委会副主任宋峻,省委政法委副书记陈元春,省人大法委会副主任沈关成,省法院副院长包志荣等领导同志出席了会议。会议传达了中国法学会第四次会员代表大会的精神,听取了省法学会1996年工作情况和1997年工作思路。与会代表充分肯定了1996年省法学会的工作成绩,围绕
