目的:建立双波长分光光度法测定复方氯己定含漱剂中替硝唑和醋酸氯已定含量的方法。方法:替硝唑,以317nm为测定波长;醋酸氯已定,以231nm为测定波长,286nm为参比波长。结果:替硝唑在5~25μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9999,平均回收率为100.2%,RSD=0.3%(n=5);醋酸氯已定在5~25μg·ml~(-1)范围内线性关系良好,相关系数r=0.9996,平均回收率为99.7%,RSD=0.4%(n=5)。结论:该方法简便,结果准确,适合复方氯已定含漱剂中替硝唑和醋酸氯已定的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a dual-wavelength spectrophotometric method for the determination of tinidazole and acetic acid in compound chlorhexidine gargle. Methods: Tinidazole, with 317nm as the determination wavelength; chlorine acetate has been set to 231nm for the determination of wavelength, 286nm for the reference wavelength. Results: Tinidazole had a good linearity in the range of 5-25 μg · ml -1 with a correlation coefficient of 0.9999 and an average recovery of 100.2% and RSD of 0.3% (n = 5) The linear relationship was good in the range of 5 ~ 25μg · ml ~ (-1), the correlation coefficient was 0.9996, the average recovery was 99.7%, RSD was 0.4% (n = 5). Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate. It is suitable for the determination of tinidazole and chloroacetate in compound chlorhexidine gargle.
