动物肿瘤模型是开展实验肿瘤学研究和抗癌药物筛选的有用工具。不同瘤株对抗癌药的敏感谱往往有所不同,因而在抗肿瘤药物研究方面可能具有不同的实用价值。为了观察H615对抗癌药的敏感性,我们选用了临床上常用的15种不同类型的抗癌药对H615进行了四批实验治疗,对其中几种抗癌药还作了若干治疗方案的比较,以探讨H615模型在抗癌药物筛选中的敏感性及其特点。材料和方法 (一)动物:615系种鼠自四川省简阳
Animal tumor models are useful tools for conducting experimental oncology research and screening of anti-cancer drugs.
