本文旨在阐明80年代上半叶法国领土整治政策的某些方面,既无意作详尽介绍,也不打算对采取的各种不同措施作全面的(全国性的或地区性的)总结。可以这样说,本文只是现行的地区政策各个不同阶段的一份报告。
The purpose of this essay is to clarify certain aspects of French territorial remediation policy during the first half of the 1980s. It is neither intended to give a detailed introduction nor does it intend to give a comprehensive (national or regional) summary of the various measures taken. It can be said that this article is only one report at various stages of the current regional policy.
