中国科学院成都生物研究所进行的“猪粪常温沼气两步发酵研究”,一九八六年六月二十日在成都通过部级鉴定。参加鉴定会的教授、专家们一致认为:该研究课题设计新颖严谨,技术路线合理.年平均甲烷相的池容产气率达到0.635m~3/m~3·d,甲烷含量72%,处于国內领先地位。在4—10℃的低温条件下,也能较好地产气,池容产气率为0.1—0.3m~3/m~3·d,达到了国际先进水平。该研究对两步发酵工艺有所创新,在微生物区系的分析研究方面做了大量而深入的工作,所取得的结论在学术上有一定的价值。该研究采用的装置与目
Chengdu Institute of Biology, Chinese Academy of Sciences conducted a “two-step fermentation of pig manure at room temperature fermentation,” June 20, 1986 in Chengdu by ministerial identification. The professors and experts participating in the appraisal meeting agreed that the design of this research project is novel and rigorous and the technical route is reasonable. The annual average methane-producing gas production rate reaches 0.635 m 3 / m 3 · d and the methane content is 72% Domestic leading position. Under the low temperature of 4-10 ℃, the gas production rate is also good, and the gas production rate is 0.1-0.3m 3 / m 3 · d, reaching the international advanced level. The research has made some innovations in the two-step fermentation process, and has done a great deal of work in the analysis of microbial flora. The conclusions drawn are of academic value.
