NALP3炎症复合体是胞浆内一组复杂的多蛋白复合体,由NALP3感受病原体和宿主危险信号后组装而成。该复合体通过激活天冬氨酸特异性半胱氨酸蛋白酶-1,调控白细胞介素-1β等致炎细胞因子的成熟与分泌,参与免疫炎症反应。本文就NALP3炎症复合体的生物学功能及其在牙周病、白色念珠菌感染、肿瘤等领域的研究进展作一综述。
The NALP3 inflammasome is a complex group of complex polyprotein within the cytoplasm that is assembled by NALP3 sensing pathogens and host risk signals. This complex regulates the maturation and secretion of inflammatory cytokines, such as interleukin-1β, by activating caspase-1 and participating in immune-inflammatory reaction. This article reviews the biological function of NALP3 inflammasome and its progress in the research of periodontal disease, Candida albicans infection and tumor.
